Status Changes:
There have been a couple of questions regarding C+ when a member's status drops down after January 31. Typically, seats will hold unless there is an equipment change. If there's a change, the passenger(s) will most likely be seated in regular economy. There are reports of some success contacting @delta to get reseated in C+.

Comfort+ FAQ - LINK
Offering:
- C+ is a complimentary upgrade (space available) for DM and PM after booking. GM can access for free at T-72 and FO at T-24. (There is no longer a discount for GM/FO.)
- Sky Priority boarding
- Extra legroom and, on international a/c, extra recline
- Free wine, spirits and regional craft beers, plus premium snacks
Complimentary premium entertainment from Delta Studio™(No longer relevant as of July 1st; Entertainment now complimentary in Y)- On JFK-LAX/SFO flights, a Luvo® sandwich wrap and frozen Greek yogurt bar, pillow, blanket, and sleep kit are included
A few general notes regarding DL C+:
- On international a/c, the bulkhead seats often have a significant amount leg room (other than the 764).
- The bulkhead and exit row seats are often narrower as the tray table and/or IFE unit are in the arm rests. The arm rests do not move which, coupled with a smaller seat, can be uncomfortable for larger pax.
- The first row of regular economy seating after EC IS NOT recommended. The last row of EC has the EC recline and members have reported that there's no extra space between this row and the first row of regular Y.
- Selecting C+ Seats - You cannot select or purchase C+ seats until after booking is completed on revenue or award tickets. The UG has to clear as well.
Internationally Configured Aircraft
Per DL, International/transoceanic C+ offers 35" pitch and 6" recline. (LINK)
747-400 / 744 / 74S:
- dl.com seat map: 747-400
Rows 22-26 - 42 total C+ seats. - Legroom:
Row 22 ABC/HJK and 24 DEFG are the bulkhead seats. 22C/H are noted as having unlimited legroom and some have noted that people can congregate due to the proximity of the lavatories, which are located directly in front of the first row of C+ on the 744. 22ABC have recently received poor reviews because of the lav and galley - people tend to congregate in this area and it can become stinky. Comments on 22K indicate that pax can access the aisle without disturbing other passengers. Also, the lavatory near 22HJK is blocked for BusinessElite pax, so there tends to be fewer disturbances and become less smelly over the course of a long flight. Also, seats 22B and 22J can be used for bassinets.
Some might prefer the legroom of row 35/51 on the 744 with less recline and tray in armrest. - Related Threads and Posts:

The C+/Economy seats on a/c has winged headrests. - Legroom:
Row 29/31 seats are the bulkhead seats and have plenty of leg room. Rows 30-32/32-34 are standard C+ seats with USB and plug power. Row 44 (exit row) has excellent legroom, but no power outlets. The window seat sin this row are narrower because the tray table is in the armrest does not move up. The recline is standard recline.

On the 764, the bulkhead seats (row 15) have less leg room than the 763's; there's probably about 2' or so between the edge of the seat and the wall. The bulkhead seats do not have moveable arm rests and the tray table/IFE monitor are in the arm rests. In my experience, I felt like the A332/333 and 763's had better recline in EC than the 764. - IFE:

747-400 (NRT-LAX) question for EC and bulkhead. Seat Guru mentions there may be limited leg room in row 22. But I thought that all EC seats had full leg room? I am torn between grabbing a BH seat or take a regular EC seat (currently I would have the full row but this 18 days out).

IMO, if going for EC, I would not take the bulkhead (22ABCHJK,24DEFG). There is no room for storage (no seat in front of you), the armrests are immovable and the IFE is also in the armrest, a little less comfortable for me.
But as for your question, there is no restriction to legroom whatsoever in row 22, aside from the exit door limiting 22A/K from fully stretching out your legs.

On actual exit rows 35 and 51 there is no seat a nor K due to the exit slide enclosure.

I searched this thread and couldn't find any posts on the 717. Does anyone have any insight into this aircraft? I haven't flown it yet, but I have quite a few flights on it in the coming months. I've been selecting seats in Row 11 because SeatGuru says there is a bulkhead that may restrict legroom between F and row 10. Is this correct, and is it actually restricting? I was hoping it would be like its predecessors the DC-9, MD-88, and MD-90 allowing great row 10 legroom due to the lack of a bulkhead.
ETA: This photo from the 717 definitive thread shows a curtain rather than a bulkhead. I think I'll give it a try next time I get a chance and report back. I was scheduled to fly one in Nov, but the aircraft was swapped; my next scheduled 717 flight is at the end of the month.

A few EC questions for the premium JFK-SEA flights (not sure how to find this info with over 1500 posts in this thread!)
1. I understand you now get free beer/wine/spirits in EC on this route. Is the wine those mini wine splits found in coach, the "boxed" wine found on international economy, or an actual bottle of wine that they pour from?
2. I swear I read somewhere that they now offer free food in EC for Transcon flights. But when I look on the website it says you have to pay and pre order in advance https://www.delta.com/content/www/en...my-dining.html
So is it free or do you have to pay?
3. And finally are movies free in EC JFK-SEA?
Thanks

ATLANTA, Jan. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) has introduced a new line of healthy menu items from Luvo now available in the economy cabin on Delta's transcontinental flights between New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport and Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle.
The Luvo meals – all made with natural ingredients, no added trans-fats, and hormone and antibiotic-free proteins – are complimentary for customers seated in Economy Comfort and available for purchase for customers seated in Economy.
"Our customers love Luvo's fresh snacks on our west coast Delta Shuttle flights, so it makes sense to make these healthy, delicious meals available on our coast-to-coast flights," said Joanne Smith, Delta's senior vice president – In-flight Service.
Each flight will feature two sandwich wraps from the following menu:
Luvo Quinoa Crunch Wrap (360 calories) - Fresh crunchy vegetables, quinoa, avocado, edamame hummus, black rice and bean salad in an olive oil-whole wheat tortilla with a side of seedless grapes and a multi-seed coconut chocolate chip cookie.
Luvo Grilled Chicken Wrap (400 calories) - Spiced grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, avocado, cherry tomato, vegan herb aioli, in an olive oil-whole wheat tortilla with a side of seedless grapes and a multi-seed coconut chocolate chip cookie.
Luvo Roast Turkey & Havarti Wrap (440 calories) - Sliced roast turkey breast, havarti cheese, black rice and bean salad, arugula, edamame hummus in an olive oil-whole wheat tortilla with a side of seedless grapes and a multi-seed coconut chocolate chip cookie.
The new transcontinental menu follows the successful launch of Luvo snacks currently offered on the 15-times daily Delta Shuttle flights between Los Angeles and San Francisco International airports.
Additionally, customers in BusinessElite on transcontinental flights will continue to enjoy the Delta WineMaker Series with new selections for 2014. Since its launch in 2012, the series has featured high profile and sought-after California wines curated by Master Sommlier Andrea Robinson. The first two selections for 2014 are a 2012 Sauvignon Blanc from Matanzas Creek Winery in Sonoma County and a 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon from Arrowood in Sonoma County. Customers in BusinessElite will continue to enjoy multi-course meals developed by Napa Valley-based Chef Michael Chiarello.
Transcontinental service between JFK and Los Angeles increases to eight daily frequencies beginning in April and this July, Delta will debut three updated Boeing 757 aircraft on the route. These will be the first 757 aircraft in service to feature Delta's previously announced upgrades which will include full flat-bed seats in BusinessElite on transcon flights between New York-JFK and Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle. All transcon flights on these routes will feature flat-bed seats by summer 2015.
Customers will continue to enjoy Delta's investments on the ground as well. Delta's new Terminal 4 at New York-JFK International Airport features the largest Delta Sky Club in the system with a chef-designed menu and wine list as well as the award winning Sky Deck. Late last year, Delta debuted a brighter, more open lobby at Los Angeles International Airport, the first phase of a $229 million investment to overhaul Terminal 5. The new lobby complements recent upgrades to the LAX Delta Sky Club as well as new dining and retail options throughout the concourse.

I went ahead and paid $39/seat for EC on our flight late March from MSP to PHX aboard a 75x. We have two young ones (would like to deplane quicker), and I am 6'3", so wanted some extra space. We shall see if it is worth it. Maybe not, but will give a whirl.

I have done a lot of research (dl, seatguru, this thread).
I am still not sure about preferred ec seats in 76W.
I will fly with my wife and child from JFK to LHR.
I have never flied Delta on 767.
Should I choose 17CDE, or maybe you can recommend other seats?
Thank you in advance for help.

A330 EC seat post modification 2014
The new A330 seats feel like the 74S's.
Start with row 10 to 13, in 2-4-2 configuration.
Bulkhead row 10: At 6-1 I have enough legroom even with my eBag TLS 21 roller as an otterman. IFE is in the armrest and not the bulkhead so you lose seat width because of it as well as the tray table.
There is a solid wall same finish as all the new interior walls with the triangle graphic pattern in front of row 10. This feels more confined compared to 74S row 24.
Of the 3 segments in row 10 (HKG/NRT?SEA), no-one tried to use your footspace as the cross over like the 777 or 74S.^

I have tried to upgrade, but I have found that seat map labeled 76W on Delta website (inside "manage your booking") is different than 76W seatmap on seatguru. EC starts at 16th row (not 17th). It is confusing.
So I compared visually seat maps on delta.com
I have found the correct one (76L):
http://www.delta.com/content/www/en_...300er-76l.html
Which seats to choose: 16CDE vs 17EFG?
Thank in advance for help.
