is it also offline? i.e. no OLCI and have to check in at the airport?
EDIT: to answer my own question, yes Graz is offline so only check in at the airport.

Make sure you're given a ticket for the lounge when you check-in because it has a bar code for self entry. The lounge is on the Schengen side and friendly immigration is just before the gate and requires almost no build in time. You can see the BA flight deplaning from your seat in the lounge.
There is no Fastrak security either but you should still get through in no time at all.

Yes if you provide them with both booking references the GGL team will be able to link the bookings and enable you to extend your benefits across. The parlance is To Complete Party and you can also do this as a Gold member if you need to post GGL (as I see youre GfL) eg for G1 boarding or seat selection.

LHR has been pretty much spot on recently. But had a bus gate (A10d) to a slightly delayed 742 to GVA on Wednesday. Got to gate pretty early and took up a seat next to the podium. Eventually people started queuing up at the head of the tensa barriers. Eventually agent walks over there asking for any group 0s. I tried quietly to get her attention but it wasnt working and eventually announced myself loud enough to get her (and everyone elses) attention and was escorted into the pen with kids and PRMs. We stewed there for a while waiting for coaches. I wasnt too bothered about boarding position as I was in empty last row of Club in an exit row so plenty overhead space for backpack and carryall of mince pies.
Anyway, agent comes to me and suggests I get toward the front which was kinda awkward with all the family groups. Then when we are about to start getting on the coaches, yet another agent pushes me to the front and has a minor skirmish with the wheelchair pusher while insisting I get on first!
We had the newfangled coaches (not sure if thats always the case now?) so I wasnt able to get into prime position at the front just behind the driver. And doors opened on the right so I went from P1 to P50, in a replay of most of my racing career. Was fine in the end and had an entire bin to myself.
11/10 for effort
3/10 for usefulness 😂

as a ggl i don't know if you have had any interaction with the premium team in the ccr when passing thro, but this would be precisely the kind of issue they could have a look at for you and try to fix.

I fear that won't end well. The GGL phone team are good for some things, less so the operations on the ground. You would be better off taking up KARFA's suggestion of speaking to the Premium Team when you are next passing through the CCR.

Does everyone always get the benefit of group 0? I find there are at least 5 group 1s who have stationed themselves at the front, none of whom have heard of group 0 and why would they.
The staff don't always know what group 0 is either and as many have mentioned, there may be every little time if any in between the group 0 call and group 1.

When it is done well I usually have the opportunity to just walk around anyone who has placed themselves in the queue but normally at LHR they ask you to come forward at the same time as the preboards and then often tell you where they want you to sit and then tell you to go on first.
I realise experiences are very variable but for me it has been 90% positive and when it doesnt work it isnt any worse than the old system.
