Gatwick: Groups 0 and 1 called together.
Tenerife: All groups called at the same time to board.
I cannot understand what the point of introducing Group 0 is if it is not enforced. They would be better just calling Group 1, then 2, then 3 etc and enforcing that.
In my eyes they have managed to introduce a 10th boarding group when they cannot even enforce general priority boarding.
It is a great idea, but only good if it is executed properly..and that is Group 0 called first and on their own!
