My first group 0 this morning, LHR-BCN. I decided to get to the gate early to see how it worked, rather than roll up last minute. The gate was very quiet, with no queue built up at the barriers. When boarding started, the agents called group 0 and group 1 together, then before I’d even walked up to the desk, he’d announced groups 0 to 3. No problem at all at a quiet gate area, but can’t see any benefit at a busy gate with plenty of group 1s waiting
