DUB-LHR today the 1pm departure (delayed to 2pm) at gate 204, they called pre-boards THANK GOD because there were 23 preboards, prob about 8 parents and the rest very loud small children in various states of despair.

it was heavenly silence when they were punted down the stairs.

then called group 0...it was me and i think two other persons, then group 1 etc. we were held at the end of the corridor just before the stairs to "spare us from the bedlam" at the bottom of the stairs, ie all the aforementioned children in greater despair from that short walk. whilst being held the first person from group 1 was asking what it was all about with group 0 lol. but kudos to DUB for getting it done today!
