Group 0 fail at LHR T3. The usual pre-boarding pen, which I actually don't mind - it's rather more civilised than standing up for an indeterminate period - but PRMs, families with children and groups 0+1 all called for boarding at the same time.

I did still manage to board first but that was only because I was sat next to the podium.

I'm loath to complain because it didn't really impact me in the end, but OTOH perhaps I should get in touch to collect my 5k Avios. Purely in the spirit of public service, of course
