5th April: ZRH-LCY, Groups 0 and 1 called at the same time. And all people moved forward anyway, so no controlled process. Will send feedback to customer service as ZRH never has implemented it properly in my experience so far.

6th April: LHR-ZRH, very properly done, proactive called Group 0, and Group 0 only and was then moved to the pre-boarding area after the scanners. Well done 👍
