So MAN-LHR today was still great. Group 0 was called out. Tonight LHR-ZRH from gate A3 was excellent. The gentleman who managed the gate was really good. Really nice and smooth boarding. Passengers who gate checked bags were boarded with group 3. Exactly how it should be done. 👍🏻 next week I have a sample back from Zurich and also T3.
