Can report that at SCL the station manager was very insistent telling the group 1 queue and the surrounding people sat down that "our most premier customers, group 0 board now", said a couple of times emphasising "most premier" theatrically and someone in the small queue of group 1 sheepishly came forward. He leapfrogged us 4 lowly golds which is fine but of course he simply joined the hoards of families, older people who were in a pre board queue !
