BA 262 last night - a model on how to run the Group 0 process.
Group 0 called 5 mins before Group 1. Strictly enforced - the fellow at the front of the gate knew exactly how many Zero’s there were, so was well prepared.
A couple of people (think Group 1) tried to board with them, but were firmly told to wait their turn. There was one passenger who was towards the back of the pen, but they were also ushered through, which was great to see. Others let them through without any fuss, even though there was a bit of a crowd towards the front of the holding pen (which connects to the jetty). Of course, YMMV with other centers that I read about here (i.e. Europe SH). Group 2 (i.e. me), G3, and the rest all boarded soon after.
Clean and nicely done.
