MAD fail though 01/04/24 12:10 BA459 Gate S31. Spoiled my perfect record
Automatic recording went straight from Pre-boarding Group 1. Asked gate staff what happened to Group Zero and they seemed apologetic but just pointed up to the PA and said "Ohh it did not work today...".
