Gp 0, 1 and 2 called on the LGW-GLA flight this morning. Lady in front of me asked who Gp 0 was….. staff didnt know so I said Gold Guest List. She said well I am Gold…….. What a shocker - boarding is my biggest gripe with BA as I do a lot of trips up to EDI and GLA.
When I said to the staff that there is no point in having a Group 0 if you are going to call it with the other ones, he said oh it should have been 0 and 1……!!!!!
This has shown they have not got it right in my opinion.

My experience at LGW on Thursday was Group 0 called and when nobody came forward (presumably no GGL's) Groups 1 and 2 were called for boarding... much to the annoyance of some Group 3's who were the eager beavers at the front of the line.
