The staff set off the announcements and at the end of the 'children under 5, those in 4-9 willing to surrender their hand baggage' they said 'Welcome to Group 0'. As the Tensa was still closed I walked to the side of the desks and told an agent, 'Group 0'. She had not heard the announcement as she was tagging a bag. She immediately opened the barrier and ushered me to the seats by the escalators. A few minutes later we were boarded just after the wheelchairs. Staff member and I were first on.
