Group 0 fail at SOF. A gentleman went up to the desk and boarded first before anything had been called - possibly a Prem or confident GGL? - and then a few moments later group 1 was called. I think I'll submit this feedback together with Friday's outbound LHR-OTP fail because I don't want to complain too much. It's clear the foreign outstations haven't been briefed very well, or if they have, the impoortance of getting it right hasn't been emphasised sufficiently.
