Saturday evenings, AA loads schedules and runs batch processes. This means some scheduled flights might go missing, or your account may show all zeroes, sometimes well into Sunday. It will all come back.

If it is just you, try: reload the page, empty your cache, delete one or more cookies, quit and restart the browser, shut down and reboot the computer.
LRD shared: (maybe)... it's a bad cookie. I use the "Remove Cookie for Site" extension. This adds a menu item to your mouse right-click that clears the cookies for just the domain you are viewing. Works ...for example, clearing Citi cookies before submitting a second, same-day AA credit-card application.
Drunkmuppet: Go to book flights->advanced->clearhistory.

1. clear you recent search history on the advanced search page
2. you can delete aa.com cookies by left clicking on American Airlines Inc in the address field

from the list of cookies, expand the caret for aa.com or www.aa.com
click on cookies then click remove.

I fully agree with you. That was the reason why I told the agent to create a ticket and forward it to the right department. Maybe then it changes something. But another bug will remain. You are forced to book on the website of your home country. You can not book an flight trough the US website when you haven't an US address. What I expected is when I change the country it just changes the address fields and not forwards me to my country's website and have to start the whole process again.

I added my saved companions one at a time until it stopped working, removed that one and it started working again. I know that this number isn't active. I'll report this to AA. Someone needs to fix the logic and add a test...

I had a number of people in my travel companions probably built up over the years...
I deleted all of them and now I get out of the loop!
1) Go to your account page
2) Select Reservation Preferences
3) Delete all potential companions
4) Save
5) Log out then log back in
6) Should be able to now book and save a reservation

AA.com Freezes my Chrome Browser constrantly
the AA.com site repeatedly freezes/crashes my Windows Chrome browser. It doesn't happen on any other browser.
The tabs I have open all become unclickable and Chrome becomes utterly unresponsive, leading to me to have to do a Task Manager/ End Task sequence.
I can be working in another tab fine, and then it freezes, and if I look up to see if there's an open AA.com tab from earlier looking at my account or booking flights, and it's always got one there,
I start up chrome again and it works for a bit, until it doesn't. **Seems like** it happens only when logged into my aa.com account, but I may be wrong there.
It does NOT happen if I don't have an open tab for AA.com. So weird.
No other website does this, and it happens like clockwork at some unpredictable time when using AA.com in Chrome. Doesn't happen on my laptop.
I have the AA eshopping button extension active, but nothing else unusual to this version of Chrome. Could that be the culprit?
anyone else find the AA.com site buggy and crashing their Chrome, and who has any suggestions of what to try?

I really do not understand why is it like that. I mean I was physically in US back then when I was trying to buy myself new tickets and because I only have European credit cards I obviously had to use them, but without any luck. What I am really afraid of is that it is not really a bug but feature or some safety mechanism and it will never be fixed. In the end I had to buy it through BA.COM I think or use VPN.

But I found the meal selection in the "passengers" section in a tiny font way on down the page between the "Mileage Multiplier" and the "additional services" section like wheelchair requests, infant in lap, etc.
It's a box that's got a green bar on the left where it says Passengers, and then has entries for entering FF number info, TSA precheck info, "additional services" and meals.

They'll even message you the choices if you want, so you can pick, and then put that selection in your PNR...they did for me once last year, at least.
they always seem very happy to help.

I have exactly the same problem. I thought it might be because I couldn't selected meal for my return flight, because it was still more than 30 days before the flight back then, but now I see options for both flights and still get the same error message. It is not that crucial because I have a seat in one of the front rows so most likely all of the choices will be still available, but it is really sad how many errors there are on the AA website

Hi everyone! For the past month I haven't been able to access the "Aadvantage Program", "Benefits and Rewards", "Use Miles", "Earn Miles", and some other sections under the Aadvantage Link on the website homepage. I can log into the site and access my account without any issue, but when I try to access the above sections from the Aadvantage link I can see them start to load but then are quickly replaced by a log in screen, even though I'm already logged in. This log in screen merely takes me back to the home page, so it doesn't get me where I want to go. I've tried the AA app on my Iphone, multiple PC's and laptops, and multiple browsers and get the same results, so this appears to be an account issue. I've tried changing my password, going to incognito mode, deleting cookies, etc and nothing seems to help. I've spent hours on the phone with AA tech support and they acknowledge there is a problem, but they haven't been able to diagnose or fix it. Anyone else have this issue?
