Hi everyone! For the past month I haven't been able to access the "Aadvantage Program", "Benefits and Rewards", "Use Miles", "Earn Miles", and some other sections under the Aadvantage Link on the website homepage. I can log into the site and access my account without any issue, but when I try to access the above sections from the Aadvantage link I can see them start to load but then are quickly replaced by a log in screen, even though I'm already logged in. This log in screen merely takes me back to the home page, so it doesn't get me where I want to go. I've tried the AA app on my Iphone, multiple PC's and laptops, and multiple browsers and get the same results, so this appears to be an account issue. I've tried changing my password, going to incognito mode, deleting cookies, etc and nothing seems to help. I've spent hours on the phone with AA tech support and they acknowledge there is a problem, but they haven't been able to diagnose or fix it. Anyone else have this issue?
