• Saturday evenings, AA loads schedules and runs batch processes. This means some scheduled flights might go missing, or your account may show all zeroes, sometimes well into Sunday. It will all come back.

2. you can delete aa.com cookies by left clicking on American Airlines Inc in the address field

That's annoying yes. ...but it hardly many makes the sort practically useless. Sorting by duration and arrival times is still quite useful. And most of the time the low "basic" fares align to the flights with the low standard fares as well.

yep saw it starting yesterday. Also, in Safari on iPad, I get kicked out entirely when I search for flights.
i tried to report today and couldn’t get through.
i still hate that we have to drill down to figure out if basic or main or business or first. That extra step can make the sort practically useless anyway since it only sorts for the lowest category (basic or business)

Reviving an old thread as I am facing this exact issue of "THIS PAGE MUST HAVE TAKEN FLIGHT" error which should have been the payment page.
Using chrome. Never had an issue until recently. Have tried clearing cookies etc. My fix though was using incognito and that works. Can't seem to figure out why the non-incog version didn't work.

This new interface loses so many options and adds so many steps to try to find "real" fares. The latest round of "errors" are probably destined to become "features" when they dont hear enough complaints.

Based on other threads, they definitely rolled out some bad changes this week.

Looks like at least the sort is fixed. A few other changes came through at the same time. The funny one I saw - I pulled down the main fare option and now got basic, main and Business. Go figure.
Still good luck if you are looking for non-basic or first. You will have to pull down every fare category separately to find the fares. This is a continuing annoyance.

Sorter arrows are completely functional for me, but first does show up under main fare dropdown (as well as main select, which wasn't showing before since I already have everything included there with status)

It seems that they do canary/blue-green/a-b testing, whereas they deploy to a small amount of users and slowly increase over time if there are no issues, which is why some of us have issues and others don't.

Cynical, yes - but I have never seen A/B testing where one of the options is repeatedly straight up broken.

Anybody still having the blue banner "connection error while retrieving your reservations" message in the iOS mobile app? And won't show any of my upcoming trips on the home page
has been there for me ever since that big nationwide data/downage issue that hit a ton of companies a few months back
tried uninstall, logging out, chatting support, etc and nothing will fix it... (sorry can't post pic of the blue banner, i'm too new)
