Saturday evenings, AA loads schedules and runs batch processes. This means some scheduled flights might go missing, or your account may show all zeroes, sometimes well into Sunday. It will all come back.
If the website doesn't work try the app, or vice versa.

If it is just you, try: reload the page, empty your cache, delete one or more cookies, quit and restart the browser, shut down and reboot the computer.
LRD shared: (maybe)... it's a bad cookie. I use the "Remove Cookie for Site" extension. This adds a menu item to your mouse right-click that clears the cookies for just the domain you are viewing. Works ...for example, clearing Citi cookies before submitting a second, same-day AA credit-card application.
Drunkmuppet: Go to book flights->advanced->clearhistory.

1. clear you recent search history on the advanced search page
2. you can delete aa.com cookies by left clicking on American Airlines Inc in the address field
Select Cookies from the list
from the list of cookies, expand the caret for aa.com or www.aa.com
click on cookies then click remove.
"Flight / Fare selected no longer available; please modify your request" common booking error

Regardless, I prefer to think the lightbulb finally turned on, I found another brick (to get to a full load), I found the 52nd card (so I could play with a full deck) and/or I found the 1 can (short of a 6-pack)

can't book award sys flight online or using app
damn, can't edit the title. 'sys' is a typo.
trying to book a one-way domestic US award flight next month and unable to get anything to book, keep getting an error message. system shows flights available, then generates an error message when clicking through to actually book it. tried again on the app, comes back with the 'something went wrong' message.
anyone else having issues?
with the weather across the country i don't want to call them, but the flight i want is currently available at the price i'm willing to pay.

The website/app are starting to buckle under the strain, it seems. Luckily things seem fine on the airport agent side of things (I was able to get a BP printed at lounge just fine).

I've noticed it not displaying domestic First seat maps (showing as 100% blocked) when going through the "Flight status" view, but when going through the booking view > Seats, it shows the correct seat map.

That's where I'm seeing it. Looking into it more, it seems to be aircraft specific. I can see the PE seats on the 77W & 78P, but not the rest of the PE-equipped aircraft. Just says Premium Economy (sometimes with the lav and galley symbols depending on aircraft config) between the last J row and Main Cabin, but no actual seats displayed.

AA website problems
Trying to book a trip and want to use trip credits (just cancelled a trip). Is the website not working? Keep getting "our system is having trouble. Unable to load activity". There aren't many seats left on the flights I need. Any idea how long the "system trouble" is likely to last? Using a laptop.

App and web site not syncing
I've noticed for a bit now that the app and website are not syncing. The app shows my trips and I can make changes but when I sign into the site nada. My trips dont show up automatically or when I put in confirmation info. This is the absolute worse user experience I have had with any website and app for any company. Are others experiencing this too? Am I doing something wrong? Am I making a grave mistake flying AA in a few months?
