• Saturday evenings, AA loads schedules and runs batch processes. This means some scheduled flights might go missing, or your account may show all zeroes, sometimes well into Sunday. It will all come back.
• If the website doesn't work try the app, or vice versa.

Just kidding. Kind of. This may not be a glitch or bug in AA’s website, but could be a change in policy. When is the award you tried to hold?

Wait a second - according to the JAL award thread, JL doesn’t offer awards anymore: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/36585151-post1177.html

I had a weird issue yesterday. Using Chrome, I went to purchase a ticket that cost $216. I got through the process all of the way until seat selection. When it got to that part of the process, the page never loaded, it just had the spinning circle. Finally after five minutes of that, I just closed the tab. I then tried on Firefox. the ticket price had gone up to $239 (not sure if it was a glitch or my previous one was the last one at the lower fare bucket). That purchase went through, having no issues at the seat selection screen.
After purchase, I went to look at my trips and I had two for the same itinerary. What had happened is that the first one that I attempted on Chrome somehow went into a "ticket on hold", and my Firefox one showed "purchased". I then cancelled the one on hold, went back to Firefox and now the ticket would be $216 again. Therefore, I also cancelled the previous Firefox one that I had purchased for $239 and repurchased it at $216.
Everything seems fine now. The whole experience was just weird, to say the least. Has anyone ever seen anything like this happening? I never tried the purchase on the app, as I was at my computer.

Chrome must have some content filtering which I have yet to figure out how to control in the setting menu.

Not necessarily with AA.com, however, I have had numerous occasions where webpages would not load properly when I use Chrome, but work perfectly when I then access the same page with Firefox.

The issue was not with booking the flight and selecting the seat on AA.com, but with Chrome displaying the payment page. It was automatically placed on hold when you did not pay for the flight.

Yes, I am having the same issue. I have previously used the link to see what schedules were available but now it sends me to the booking part of the site. I am using Safari.

I recently forgot to purchase at reservation I had on a 24-hour hold. When I went to make a new reservation to purchase immediately, it was T20 days before the flight starts, however, the price for my basic economy flight went from $718 to $2153. Economy went from $858 to $2295! Incredible price hike and I was kicking myself for not getting the ticket taken care of prior to the T21 day mark.
After search Expedia and Kayak that day and finding similar fares across both platforms for all airlines for my destination, I had an idea to check out what it would cost to use miles. I immediately booked my ticket in J as the round trip was available for a "super" saver fare (SFO-JFK-GIG-JFK-SFO) 120K round trip!! Just for kicks, I searched today and to my surprise, the original fares, T22 days before trip starts, are back. However, the use of miles would be well above 390K.
This doesn't make any sense to me, yet, as now the ten days away. Maybe there was a glitch in the matrix, and I snag a deal with using miles. I looked at my time frame of being there in Rio and noticed that the G20 meeting will be underway when I depart. Maybe all airline jacked up the prices for those inbound for Rio and have now lowered the fares once again.

Noticed that the App now has a glitch on changing seats on a multiple flight itinerary within T45 of departure of the first flight.
I am trying to check my seats for the second flight, but get this error.

It appears that the seat map page is trying to open the first flight page and bugging out.
Will report from in flight and after the first flight lands.

I'm having the same issue, but on Firefox, I'm only able to select seats on Chrome. Once you click through to add info (past the flight selection), it creates a temporary record locator that's on hold so you can add all the info and pay. If you back out, it's automatically cancelled.

I have been trying to book a BA award through aa.com and every time I get through the passenger information page I get the "This Page Must Have Taken Flight" error page. I've now tried over several days, using different accounts, different browsers, and on the app as well. I've even tried different BA flights but get the same error. No trouble holding or booking AA flights. I know I could call to book, just haven't had the time for the long holds. Is this a known error for BA flights?

Is there any way to add AA boarding passes from the Android app to Google Wallet?
