I fully agree with you. That was the reason why I told the agent to create a ticket and forward it to the right department. Maybe then it changes something. But another bug will remain. You are forced to book on the website of your home country. You can not book an flight trough the US website when you haven't an US address. What I expected is when I change the country it just changes the address fields and not forwards me to my country's website and have to start the whole process again.
