Keep getting the message "too much traffic" when checking to make a reservation a few minutes ago.

I'm trying to book Grand Hyatt SF and website is completely dysfunctional. Error message or the endless search loop.
Same thing happened last week (same property) so I called. This time I'll probably just book somewhere else.

Why do the bills that you view from the website have a JSP extension? Any way to convert this to PDF?

I just completed four reservations on the website, and all four eventually generated confirmation numbers, confirmation emails, and correctly debited certificates and points from my account, but there were error messages all along the way.
I got done what I needed to get done...eventually...but it's clear that this website has major, major problems that most other top-tier travel brands aren't having in fifteen years into the 21st century.
Some of the error messages looked like things I would have generated myself when I was horsing around with web design in the late 90's.
Oh, and whenever I get an email from Hyatt with a link to log into my account, I always get the "forbidden" message. I always have to type in the Goldpassport.com URL into my browser. Not a huge deal, but still...it's amateur hour. Not a professional look.

I know of at least one professional IT consultant who recently offered to go to Chicago and fix the problems for 'em. But they probably don't think I'm serious about it.

Down again. No access to GP account. Not capable of checking rates or making reservations.
It almost seems like something is wrong at least half the time.
And the RoomKey popups are incredibly aggravating. In Safari they popup in the background and after checking a few dates and a number of different properties I have a dozen or so RoomKey windows to close. In Firefox they popup and block the Hyatt site and I have to close it each time in order to see the Hyatt site
Sometimes it almost feels that Hyatt is trying to tell me to take my business elsewhere. Not that I'm actually tempted to do that, but it is quite frustrating.
