I asked for her info during the call and she says she is Kerry. That's it and no ID or anything. Sound's like guy's name. I called the Guest Relation later and complained about her but the rep says there could be many in that name and without additional info, it is hard to know who or track who that was but said sorry. She said they can ask nicely if the reservation was for business or pleasure and it is actually to know if there will be conference and to see if there will be corporate rates discounts. But she told me the first agent was way out of the line with " Why the Hyatt? When asked why does it matter, responds back with " it has to be business or pleasure ONLY!

The 15-18 December message has gone now ... but is replaced by a generic "system mainenance" message ... not good

I got this, too. HIGHLY annoying since I was looking to use a free night (one of the CC ones) next week. Ok, taking the system down was a mild pain...but now we're looking at a full week of the system being inaccessible right at Christmas time. No disrespect, but this is really no bueno.

Indeed it's not right, but others were complaining that they couldn't access the GP site at all, so that was what I was responding to. The site shows my correct number of nights which ensures Diamond again for 2016, so not to worry.

Well, mine doesn't - I'm missing two stays that happened during the "outage", which is exactly how far short of diamond I am counting a stay I have next week. I called in and they told me NO new activity would be posted until 12/28, including activity up until 12/28. Which of course makes me nervous about my renewal.
