Only the Hyatt Daily Rate is showing up during searches- I cannot get the site to display AAA, Costco, or promotions. Anyone else having this issue?

Anyone know when Diamond Suite Upgrades are posted? I've been using upgrades to use up the ones I earned in '15 (expire Feb 29, 2016), but they haven't been going down. It could be a good thing, but I don't want to see on Mar 1 that they've been applying the ones that expire in 2017 instead. Is the website just wonky?

March 1 is when you get 2016 DSUs.

I emailed back and told them this doesn't make sense as I can plainly see last year's transactions on my account, just not all of them. They replied with the same answer. I am dumbfounded.

Hyatt is working my LAST nerve these days.....I'm stuck at the crappy Rosemont, IL property and there is no in-room dining menu....room service tells me to look it up on the TV which there is no room service menu.....call downstairs and told they will send a menu up....which never comes. I go downstairs and am told the chef is gone and no options......? This place is the worst.....then I go to Hyatt.com to let them know and even the website is down......it's like the AA of hotel chains now.

Not sure if classified as a website issue or IT issue:

I sent an email to hyatt inquiring about my Diamond kit with card and 2x lounge passes. I sent one email and have received 6 different confirmation emails stating thank you for my email and they will reply to me shortly. I've received 3 emails stating they will look into my account and tier status.

All since Jan 6th and from one simple email.

What's going on? Three replies (out of the total of five) of the same automated response from the ONE email I sent enquiring about the Diamond Kit on January 20th. Crazy!

I get this on Mozilla:
Internal Server Error - Read
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

and this on IE:


The website cannot display the page

HTTP 500


Most likely causes:
•The website is under maintenance.
•The website has a programming error.
