I sent an email to hyatt inquiring about my Diamond kit with card and 2x lounge passes. I sent one email and have received 6 different confirmation emails stating thank you for my email and they will reply to me shortly. I've received 3 emails stating they will look into my account and tier status.

All since Jan 6th and from one simple email.
FYI- I just received my renewal "kit" on Wednesday.
