Seems the website is online. But the problem of pricing of some hotels remain. Even Deutsche Bahn (!!!!) quotes a lower price for a destination in Germany than the Hyatt website itself.

and got some hotels with no availability, never... when i call there is... they really have to fix all this mess, seriously.

I am absolutely baffled by Hyatt at the moment. Their website is complete junk, as evinced by this thread. We had the downtime debacle, where nothing was apparently fixed, and even more problems were created. Hyatt hasn't fixed these new issues, and hasn't even acknowledged since 2015 that the obviously broken site is still not wholly functional. Hyatt, do you even care about selling rooms right now? Because it really doesn't seem like it.

after 10s of issues and calls and emails... i think they don't care... they treat the things in the new hyatt way : if you don't make scandals, they treat you like .... (or are silence). If you make scandal they have a look and most of the time don't have answer, fix nothing and apologize. The level 0 of the management / customer service and commitment. #shame

Day 3 now and still no change in the purchase points screen to reflect the 30% bonus.
Just spoke to a Diamond line agent who said the extra points would show at the end of the transaction. I asked her if that meant I had to input all my card details and click pay, with everything on the screen indicating no bonus and then just believe that the bonus points would drop in.
She said yes
Also, of 4 DSUs I've used this year, 3 have caused the room rate to completely change. I've had to call back each of those times to get it put back again.
The one that worked correctly was booked by the European call centre, which the Diamond line re-directs to out of US hours.

That's a new one for me.... are you sure it's not a private line number you used. When I call (from Europe) I simply get a message that the (US) callcenter is closed.

I also looked at the Gold passport page, and it's not there either. I'm also curious as to the url you're using. Can you include that in the screenshot?
Are you sure you're not picking up this promo from another website, as well as the link? The promo existed a while ago, but it has now expired.

Ok, got the answer, will not buy points ... waiting for bug fix (they are aware of the bug, but nothing is changed... crazy). No trust anymore with everything related to IT, payments and money related stuff with hyatt, better to avoid this kind of possible nightmare if the bonus is not posted as "promised by the operator"... You made my day
