I am absolutely baffled by Hyatt at the moment. Their website is complete junk, as evinced by this thread. We had the downtime debacle, where nothing was apparently fixed, and even more problems were created. Hyatt hasn't fixed these new issues, and hasn't even acknowledged since 2015 that the obviously broken site is still not wholly functional. Hyatt, do you even care about selling rooms right now? Because it really doesn't seem like it.
