This is indeed annoying. I got the error message that the IT wasn't able to recognize my account number.

Seems the website is online. But the problem of pricing of some hotels remain. Even Deutsche Bahn (!!!!) quotes a lower price for a destination in Germany than the Hyatt website itself.
