Hyatt is working my LAST nerve these days.....I'm stuck at the crappy Rosemont, IL property and there is no in-room dining menu....room service tells me to look it up on the TV which there is no room service menu.....call downstairs and told they will send a menu up....which never comes. I go downstairs and am told the chef is gone and no options......? This place is the worst.....then I go to Hyatt.com to let them know and even the website is down......it's like the AA of hotel chains now.
