Has anyone else noticed missing transactions in your account? I have several upcoming points reservations where the points were already deducted yet the deductions aren't showing up anymore. One was for 100K pts and I certainly don't want to be charged that when I complete the stay, but I have no proof the points were already deducted.
My concern stems from the fact that this "double debit" had happened to me last year, but luckily I could review the transaction list to prove it. Hyatt did reverse one of the debits.
I emailed Hyatt GP about this and their response:
"I would like to inform you that you will be able to view only year till date details of your Hyatt Gold Passport account online".

I emailed back and told them this doesn't make sense as I can plainly see last year's transactions on my account, just not all of them. They replied with the same answer. I am dumbfounded.
