Website is still down... I wonder when it is going to be back... And the Australia reservation centre is closed on weekends...

If you're taking suggestions:
1. I would like to be able to enter an airport code and do a search based on that. Like MCO for Orlando or ORD for Chicago. Being able to sort by distance from the airport would be even better.
2. I would like to be able to check Cash and Points availability on the website.

I have 2 award nights from Chase's cc bonus. They show up on the Awards page. Yesterday I went on the page to check for room availability and everything went fine. Today I checked and I see that the "Reserve" button is missing. Has this happened to anyone else before? I really don't want to call CS to search availability in a city and spend a lot of time on the phone. Thanks

I have occasionally had this happen with both Hyatt and a number of other websites. I usually can resolve it by first closing and reopening the browser and trying again, trying a different browser (for me IE instead of Firefox) or by shutting down and rebooting the computer. Hope this helps.

I tried using numerous different browsers and even my phone but it still wont show up

Old email address in profile

I used the Hyatt app this morning to make a reservation. When it came to the review reservation page, an email address that hasn't been used for over three years (former employer) was shown as my email address. I've had over a dozen Hyatt stays this year and have never encountered this issue as my correct email address was shown.

When I attempted to change the old email address in my profile to the correct email address, I receive an error message that the email address is already in use.

Promotional night at PH Sydney?

I am putting this here because I am guessing it is a website glitch, but it appears that I am able to select the PH Sydney to use my free Chase Visa night. At least that is what I am guessing it is, as I don't know of another free night award that I have. I was able to click through to the checkout page as normal, but did NOT try to actually reserve it. Just curious if anyone else is seeing this.
