Down again. 2 of the last 3 nights at this time the web site is down. This is getting ridiculous. Can't check rates, book or see account.

SORRY, WE'RE EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES AND WERE UNABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST.

If it's down for "fixes" let us know in advance either here or Twitter and please finally fix the ability for us to check cash and point awards without calling in...what are you waiting for??!!

How long do they need for maintenance? Don't they realize it's business hours in their largest market - Asia.

Just upgraded to Hyatt App (Version 2.4.1) and this is the result upon opening:





Worth calling out this is an improvement on yesterday (Version 2.4.0) which couldn't get into the app at all.

Trying to modify a booking and it timed out without me being on it for a hot minute. Wonder if being on mobile had something to do with it.

Received emails saying points are about to be forfeited due to no activity for 24 months even though I had actual stay 12 months ago and transfer activity few months ago.

Any one?

New 24 month rule took effect early 2015 so no one would lose points until end of 2017. The email is just a generic reminder and not specific to you.

Can't get Hyatt.com to do anything right now. All other websites working fine for me so assuming it's on the fritz again.

Anyone having trouble accessing the site today? I couldn't access the website at all. When i try to log in through the app i get a "Generic Error"....
