This is really becoming an annoying problem. I can't book, change or research hotels for this week. I'm not in a position to call right now.

Hyatt you need to get your IT act together soon. 99% of companies announce in advance the day/time their web site will be down for maintenance. If these are all truly last second emergencies you can't announce in advance you need to fire everyone in your IT department and start fresh. This is unacceptable and it happens every week.

Hyatt.com, GoldPassport.com, HyattPlace.com, HyattHouse.com, Andaz.com and HyattResidenceClub.com are currently down for maintenance.

My calendar that is used to input dates when booking has gone away. The date has to be entered manually. Even though it calls for mmm/dd/yyyy the mo/da/yr format works well.

edit: The calendar just came back. Don't know what caused the absence or the return.

Hacked

My account was hacked.

Someone tried to use my Chase Hyatt card (only used at Hyatt hotels and in my profile) to buy a $18 pizza in Sao Paulo Brazil.

I hope the dirtbag paid $25 or more for the stolen card.

Ditto. Uninstalled the app from my iPhone including deleting its additional files but it's still the same.

My android app has been out all day. Worked fine yesterday. Uninstalled and installed again and same problem but different errors

Ummm, look up thread where we have highlighted that the app no longer works on iPhone6 with screenshots. Surely you can pass this onto your IT dept?
