Not a website issue, but I'm having a devil of a time getting someone to answer the phone.

An hour ago, I got nothing but a busy signal regardless of what Hyatt number I called.

Now I am on the "Diamond Line", but I have been on hold for over 15 minutes without a response...

I had the same issue. I finally got threw and made a C&P reservation for 2015, the next day I received a CS survey asking me to rate my experience. I gave it the thumbs down.

I received an e-mail today from Gold Passport saying they installed a new telephone system and it was not fully functional yet and asking for our patience.

I ended up just handling my business with HyattConcierge on Twitter. Done in about five minutes.

Today-Website not showing all reservations; error messages when trying cancel a reservation and error messages when trying to book a reservation.

I must have pissed off the hotel gods.... hyatt isn't allowing bookings on their website for me right now, and the marriott website has been down for several hours not allowing anyone to log in to book reservations. I've grown so accustomed to the hyatt website being down - I didn't even pay it any mind... a stark delta to the 8 password resets on the marriott site Ive tried today. FML.

Clearly... one of those days.

I've used both Hyatt and Marriott sites a number of times today and had no problems with either one. Indeed, you must have pissed off the gods while I'm a saint.

Hyatt Mobile App not working for sign in's.

on the iOS after you click Sign In nothing happens.
on the Android after you click Sign In it'll prompt an error "Generic Error" and then refuse to sign in.

Uninstalled and installed again. Still getting that same "Generic Error."

Very annoying.
