I get the Room Key pop up most of the time.

If I spend time looking around at rates, I usually end up getting the Session Timeout message near the last step of completing a reservation. It then forces me to log back in and start over.

Why is hyatt.com such a POS? Finding a room and making a reservation has now evolved into a Herculean effort of patience.

Some of the issues I'm seeing:
* After typing in a location and dates on the main page it takes me to another screen asking for location and dates with the location and dates already filled in.
* If I'm really lucky it will actually search, other times to circles back around to the same page with the filled information removed.
* When I select a hotel (if I make it that far) and I'm checking rates I get the session timeout error after literally seconds between clicks. I couldn't read the rates faster and yet it still times out. Then I get to go back to the first issue and start the process over.

I can't believe no one else is having major issues with hyatt.com. Same issues as before, when I put in my password it shows me signed in but I can't access anything. Every time I click on something related to my account it asks me to relogin my PW.

Now today, I logged in with my PW and it shows me logged into someone else's account. WTH???

Hyatt, are you listening out there? This is not safe.

Edit - I am now seeing that it is Chrome that the website is not working on. Hope Hyatt fixes this ASAP! I used to think Hilton's website was POS, now I'm thinking that about Hyatt.

I have sent several complaints about the website to Hyatt Customer service and the response I get is puzzling, if they reply at all.

Hyatt is CLUELESS about the problems with their website!!! its frustrating and they DON'T CARE!!! DEAR HYATT YOU HAVE LOST THOUSANDS... I'm moving my accounts to a hotel chain that CARES... Your website service is a JOKE.

I wonder how many other Hyatt Diamonds are I.T. consultants who go in and fix problems with information systems? I certainly run into many of them in the various regency clubs, etc. Suggestion: Hyatt invites several of us to come to headquarters and fix their wayward website.

The point is, threatening to "quit" Hyatt because of website issues is just plain silly.

Is the website sometimes frustrating? Yes. Do I think the grass is truly greener anywhere else? Absolutely not. Hyatt Diamond is good as it gets.

Marriott's site works very well. Maybe it's down for maintenance a lot, but I've never run into a glitch. I also wish more hotel chains would display, up front, quantitative specs like the square footage of the rooms and the year in which the hotel was last renovated.
