Why is hyatt.com such a POS? Finding a room and making a reservation has now evolved into a Herculean effort of patience.

Some of the issues I'm seeing:
* After typing in a location and dates on the main page it takes me to another screen asking for location and dates with the location and dates already filled in.
* If I'm really lucky it will actually search, other times to circles back around to the same page with the filled information removed.
* When I select a hotel (if I make it that far) and I'm checking rates I get the session timeout error after literally seconds between clicks. I couldn't read the rates faster and yet it still times out. Then I get to go back to the first issue and start the process over.
