I have sent several complaints about the website to Hyatt Customer service and the response I get is puzzling, if they reply at all.

Hyatt is CLUELESS about the problems with their website!!! its frustrating and they DON'T CARE!!! DEAR HYATT YOU HAVE LOST THOUSANDS... I'm moving my accounts to a hotel chain that CARES... Your website service is a JOKE.
