I didn't see this topic referenced specifically here, so I'll post my experience for others' edification:

If anyone is trying to get reciprocal M Life elite status from their HGP status, I found that the web link to 'opt-in' at www.hyatt.com/mlife would always stall on me (continues loading indefinitely with no actions taken). A call to Hyatt support using a number on the same webpage was extremely unhelpful--the rep repeated 'the website isn't working' (something I already knew) and just to try again later.

A quick call to M Life Member Services at 866.761.7111, however, along with the provision of some basic account info yielded me gold status in about 10 minutes flat ^^

I had the same issue. Except that the rep I spoke with said he would send the information the the mlife liason at Hyatt and it should be 24-48 for the status to show.

If it doesn't, I will call mlife.

Well, I posted a few days ago that I couldn't see any difference in how rates are selected and displayed. Now, starting today I'm having the same problem that others have reported. Once you select, say, the AAA rate, there is absolutely no way of going back and checking, say, the senior rate. You have to start over from scratch. This is terrible.

The newest "upgrade" to the website was IMO a major downgrade. It is now very, very difficult to compare various rates. I truly detest having to go back to initial reservation screen in order to compare AAA vs My Elite vs other rate codes, or to even get it to show point values for rooms

Hyatt's old version was far from perfect ... but it definitely was a lot better than what's on the website right now.

A major , Hyatt, and a major #fail in your booking system.

Perhaps I shouldn't have complained. Website was working OK yesterday and the day before, back like it used to when it was easier to compare the various rates.

Today it's inaccessible. I get stuck in an endless loop while trying to log in and get to my reservations. When I try to click through to them, the system bounces and logs me out, over and over again.

I sent the feedback form but not sure I'll hear back. Is anyone else having trouble with the website?

I was eventually able to access the website using an old Internet Explorer browser, but I still can't use it with Firefox. Very odd, since Firefox has been my default browser for years and the website worked fine with it as recently as yesterday.

There's been no change in or update to Firefox & I didn't even log out of my computer last night - just put it in hibernation. So nothing has changed - except with the Hyatt website, which now won't let me log in.

When I check on future reservations, I can't seem to find the rate I booked. When I click "View Reservation Details," everything seems as usual, except the rate isn't shown. A further click-thru to "rate rules" also doesn't show the actual rate.

Am I missing something obvious?

I'm having no problem- all the rates are prominently displayed as soon as I click on my reservations.

Free Night award

Currently I'm having trouble searching for a free cat 1-4 award night. Clicked on reserve from the page that shows the available award in my awards. Tried 4 cities and a couple different sets of dates, some substantially in the future. Never saw a free night avail. Just displayed the different revenue rates. Have done this successfully before. Anyone else having this issue?

any time-frame for when reservations can be made on hyatt.com again? Dates field not working and locations not popping up.
Hyatt home page is just a nice, useless picture. I figured it out today. In order too have reservation process working, one needs to click to "reservations".

Site still not working - can choose dates but will not allow you to complete search.
