I often compare 3 separate rates at a time and now I have to check one rate at a time and try to remember which one is the best rate. The newest "upgrade" to the website was IMO a major downgrade. It is now very, very difficult to compare various rates. I truly detest having to go back to initial reservation screen in order to compare AAA vs My Elite vs other rate codes, or to even get it to show point values for rooms
Hyatt's old version was far from perfect ... but it definitely was a lot better than what's on the website right now.
