Hyatt's old version was far from perfect ... but it definitely was a lot better than what's on the website right now.

Perhaps I shouldn't have complained. Website was working OK yesterday and the day before, back like it used to when it was easier to compare the various rates.
Today it's inaccessible. I get stuck in an endless loop while trying to log in and get to my reservations. When I try to click through to them, the system bounces and logs me out, over and over again.
I sent the feedback form but not sure I'll hear back. Is anyone else having trouble with the website?
