My problem is that when I request Senior Rates, the Diamond "Guaranteed Availability" comes up, despite rooms being available at any other rate listed. So then I have to call, and the Senior Rate is magically available!

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately I've tried that as well. I also tried FireFox with no luck. Any other ideas?

I just encountered that too. It appears when the special rate plan is unavailable, Guaranteed Availability is displayed, making it appear the property is almost sold out. When you look at Best Available rate, all the room types appear. I really detest the new rate display! You have to search every option separately to find the best rates. You then have to click on the Rate Details to see the rate for each night of your stay, since it only shows the average rate.

Frustrated with GP website

I don't understand why Hyatt can't fix their website issues.

I've tried to submit requests for missing points multiple times (for different stays) over the past 2 weeks, and every time I get an error stating there was an "unexpected error".

They had this problem a year or so ago... and it appeared to have been fixed.... but now, looks like it is back.

Anyone else experience the same issue???

Not for me. Hmm, I suggest you to PM Gold Passport Concierge here or email them to request missing points. It is easier and most importantly, accurate!

Since you are a member of FT, HaryoS' suggestion is the best. Here's the email address to email Hyatt directly instead of using their web form.

Online Folio's not available

For the last several days, I have been unable to access any of my online Folio's.

Any suggestions? I'm trying to fill out expense reports!

That often happen especially at non-US properties. IMHO, just call the Hotel and ask them to send the folio to your email

This is very annoying. I tried to cancel an award reservation that was booked online and got this message EVERY TIME:

Due to the special conditions associated with this reservation you may view, but not change it within this website. Please return to where the reservation was originally confirmed to make modifications or cancellations.

If you are trying to modify or cancel a Gold Passport Award reservation please call 1-800-30-HYATT.

Why? It's only a simple cancellation that is within the cancellation period.

Tried that, the hotel had me fill out the online form *again*, which I first filled out a week ago. Hyatt customer service has been quite disappointing on this issue :/

yup, seems like the my account section is fubar - strange jboss error when looking at 'reservations', and a blank screen (except for the Hyatt logo top left and my name top right) when looking at 'account detail'
