It's been down for about 2 hours. The Hyatt website seems to have way more issues than any other site I visit on a regular basis.

When I'm using Google Chrome googling a Hyatt property and try to access directly the website, I'm automatically redirected to the Hyatt.com webpage.

I have to do it once more to access the dedicated website, quite annoying.

I sometimes have problems accessing the site also but if I switch browsers (on the same computer) it works fine - perhaps its a cookie issue?

I think so since I never have any issue with Safari and Firefox but always do with GoogleChrome

Can't get on via any browser (IE, Safari, Chrome) as of 5 minutes ago. I also tried Wednesday night at about 6pm Eastern time and got a note that all the Hyatt sites were "down for scheduled maintenance". Something tells me maintenance at 6pm on a weekday is not scheduled!

been like this since about 10:30a Pacific... at first it was only Mozilla, then Chrome doesn't work now.

Wow, your website really sucks, Hyatt - I have 3 windows open in Firefox, two others are loading pages with lightning speed and your website is not. Having a customer interface that is NOT at 100% capacity MORE than 50% of the time that I use it is a deal breaker under some circumstances. I don't wanna hear that I use it in the late evenings or early mornings (usual times in US)...that's a lame excuse I have been trying to logon to my account for 5 minutes now to spend my hard-earned cash on a reservation...and it is still loading...and just got a "gateway timeout".

Looks like I am gonna head on over to spg.com and spend my money there for this trip. @:-)

Oh, so now your website is completely down.........you ask your fans to vote for you in The Freddies but you can't even put together a website that works? Hyatt.com = fail

Been trying to join Hyatt Gold Passport over the past month or so at random intervals, and every I hit submit at the last step, keep getting this error:
