I'm getting pop-unders for roomkey.com, though I have pop-ups disabled in chrome. I noticed it tonight when I click on a property name, or on the check availability button when I was searching for availability at HR Waikiki.

edit/update: after restarting chrome I'm not getting them now. May have been chrome's pop-up blocker not working?

I have also been getting pop-ups from Room Key after clicking on any link on Hyatt's website. I'm using Chrome, as well. It was so annoying that I quit searching for rates.

Under tools/settings/under the hood/content settings, make sure pop-ups are disabled.

I also have the ....... extension installed, but I think the pop-up blocker is doing its job in this case

I guess you can try to restart the browser if you haven't restarted in a while. Some updates require a restart.

I get them on chrome as well. Pop up blocker is definitely on and Hyatt is not listed as an exception. Really weird and annoying

I tried to sign up for Gold Passport and after trying to confirm my address (the last step) 7 times I gave up. Guess I'll hang onto SPG.

Down for maintenance again! WOOP!

9PM GMT
4PM EST

Probably one of the busiest times for hotel bookings. Only Hyatt's tech team would think this is the best time to take the website down!

Hyatt.bomb at its best again:

Gateway Timeout

The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

Hyatt's website is seeming to have too many issues lately.

Seeing it down this morning:

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

-------

Really you guys need to looks at your ServerOps team and/or your IT personnel. Unacceptable to have it offline in the middle of the day.
