Why does Hyatt not want to let me give them money???

e-commerce confirmed there was an issue and they fixed it. Indeed, I can access the ones I was unable to yesterday. If you're having an issue with the "retrieve bill" link not working, please report it.

I think I'll issue a challenge to Hyatt tech here - if we can go a month without reports of the website acting up, we'll unsticky this thread!!!

It's not working for me at the moment. Can go all the way through the booking process and at the very end get an error message that their reservation system is unavailable - very frustrating

Right now, when I try to Find Room and Rates using any Special Offer Code, I get the "Sorry, we're experiencing technical difficulties and were unable to complete your request." message.

EDIT: Tried an hour later, and the issue seems to be resolved.
