It's been impossible to make a reservation for several hours now... Not unusual for Hyatt. One must wonder how the IT group at Hyatt stay employed... The site is down too often and I would think there would be some revenue lost...

Obviously they stay employed by being the only people who know how to get the site temporarily working again.

...site came up beautifully, but when I tried to log in, this is the message I received :

The Hyatt Gold Passport system is undergoing maintenance at this time.

When you call them (as directed) you get a message to go on line!

Finally got through to an agent, who said they could not reference Gold Passport, but could make reservations.

Surprisingly I was able to call in and reach a GP Customer Service rep with no wait time. They were able to quickly confirm hotel award availability via phone. However, does anyone know whether transfers from Ultimate Rewards -> Hyatt are working? If not, can Hyatt still book a reservation without the required number of points in the GP account?

I'm trying to make reservations, but I can't log-in to my GP to do so. Yes, I can prob make a reservation, but will have to link my GP info later.

It seems the Hyatt website & GP site is down several times a week. One of the worse reservation/loyalty websites that I have used.

Trying to book for DC and the site has some cosmetic changes, but there is no place to put in my corporate code on the site...I searched, no luck...

not working - 3am on april 23rd!!!!!!!!!!

SO TIRED of the website not working at least 2 or 3 times a week!!!

it is a BILLION DOLLAR company with a website that is worth about $8 bucks!

Just ran into an "interesting" bug. I had pulled up availability/rate checks for the Park Hyatt Beijing and Park Hyatt Seoul (in that order) for different dates in two separate tabs in Chrome. When I clicked through to actually reserve the room at the PH Beijing, the dates and rates that appeared were for BJ but the hotel name, photos, and everything else was for the PH Seoul. I'd hate to have seen the reservation I ended up with if I had not been paying attention and just clicked through on autopilot.
