I keep seeing this page when i try to access hyatt.com.

What gives?

Changing browser, deleting cookies, all don't work..

Same here... trying to access the GP page but without luck all day....

How can they still suck at their website after such a long time?.....

Hyatt Website Issues

I've been trying to book stays online at www.hyatt.com but I keep getting an error message. Tried using firefox, chrome and IE. All to no avail. Seems like there's some problem with the website.

I get the following message.

"SORRY, WE'RE EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES AND WERE UNABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST."

the Goldpassport.com website says it is down for maintenance. Pretty lousy time for this given that we are on the eve of the announced devaluation of Hyatt points and people are trying to make bookings online.

The Hyatt Gold Passport system is undergoing maintenance at this time.

I was about to pull the trigger on an 81K point transfer from UR as soon as I got to the reservation started on HGP, and it does this. 1/7/14 is still 5 hours out...2 if you're ET, which I'd still accept. But if they're starting the switch now? Not cool

I saw the same thing. Called in and the rep couldnt even pull up my GP account but she made the reservation anyway and said theyd take the (old number of) points out of the account after maintenance was completed. Keeping my fingers crossed!

At least they can make bookings on the phone using points; however, point balances may appear messed up/stagnant in some cases to the GP reservation reps -- that means you'll need to calculate and keep track of your own balance and may need to be handed off to some kind of specialist to look into and/or fix the issue..

Hyatt Gold Passport Website Down

I have been trying to sign into the Hyatt Gold Passport website for the past hour or two and keep getting a message that it is undergoing maintenance. This is not a great time to do maintenance as many of us are trying to book hotels at the old award rates before the changes occur tomorrow. I am very disappointed that I have been unable to book my last couple of award reservations! There should have been an earlier cut off time posted if Hyatt was going to do this!

That is an issue. It may help to say the following to the AVCS prompt: "GoldPassport Customer Service". It will still involve a wait. Amusingly it seems hooked to saying the wait time will be longer than 3 minutes even when it ends up being way longer than that.
