Seriously, yes. At least they can make bookings on the phone using points; however, point balances may appear messed up/stagnant in some cases to the GP reservation reps -- that means you'll need to calculate and keep track of your own balance and may need to be handed off to some kind of specialist to look into and/or fix the issue..
