True- but using the website to browse and find the lowest fare before calling in to apply the SU would be nice

Cant see award categories, and numerous other things. Is there a trick to get this to work!? (allowing pop-ups/clearing cookies/adding as secure site etc?)

Today I just get pop ups from roomkey.com

Trying to register a new Gold Passport account so I can book my first stay at Hyatt, but it won't let me make an account. Every time I fill out the form, it brings me to the email preferences page, I set that up (unclick all emails, click on agree to T&C), then it brings me to a page where it tells me it's reformatted my address (fine), then when I click go, it brings me back to the form telling me something's wrong. Every time, either the password box or address box is empty, even though it was filled in when I clicked through the previous time. This keeps going in circles (both IE & Firefox). Is this a common problem?

BTW Hyatt has lost all my upcoming reservations and they have now been gone for more than a month. These are for some stays later in the year.

For more than a month? Have you called Hyatt to see why they've disappeared?

I can still pull them up using the confirmation numbers from the emails. Quite frankly I have lost my "faith" on Hyatt IT long time ago.

Purchasing Hyatt gift certificates

Does anyone else experience problems when trying to purchase gift certificates? When getting to the step 3 "payment information", I always get the error message that the payment module from "secure.paymentsmodule.com" is not responding in a timely manner

Any ideas or any other way I can purchase them? Would really need them for friends...

I keep trying to get a price quote on a room, but no luck. My error message:

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Has been this way for almost 30 minutes.

C'mon Hyatt - two of the largest airlines in the world just combined their systems and they have had about 10% of the downtime that your website has had in the past 2 weeks. Who does maintenance on their website on a weekday??

Needless to say, the very Hilton-esque website of Hyatt is experiencing difficulties AGAIN...

I spoke too soon last time. I was told they found the problem and had corrected it. That was true, but apparently they hadn't corrected the underllying problem and the situation with the inability to see existing reservations on multiple channels came back. The IT team reports they found the cause, fixed it, and have released the fix to production. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Sorry to tell you this - but I hope you report that the fix still didn't. Work, that is. I'm missing half of my upcoming reservations.

How do we confirm that the reservations didn't actually go away?
