Me too.

Sad thing is that it's becoming quite *expected* for most of us - it's only Hyatt IT who seem to be taken by surprise that it's broke ... again

I don't know of any other website, financial, work, shopping or work related that is down more than the Hyatt website. It's been down for several hours now... I wonder how much revenue they loose for such a horrible website.

You get what you pay for

Hey, they're getting the best web programming $8/hr will buy in India!

But seriously, I'm glad to see I am not the only one noticing their site problems.

I cannot believe. The ongoing saga of the Hyatt website continues. After clicking "Check Availability", I get the following message:

"Sorry, we're experiencing technical difficulties and were unable to complete your request."

Airline List

Just made a reservation and was inputting my flight information when I noticed the list of airlines is not alphabetical anymore. In fact I don't think it has any rhyme or reason to the order.

I filed a complaint with their Customer Service dept. about the website, and they sent me a survey. One of the questions was something like: "What would make our website more functional?".

My answer: "Competent web programmers".

Hyatt Place "Thank You" E-mails

While this is not technically a website issue, I'm hoping by posting it here it will get the attention of someone in IT. Please consider discontinuing the Hyatt Place "Thank You" e-mails that are generated overnight at the end of one's stay at a Hyatt Place. They add no value and clutter the inbox. More importantly, they seem to be generated even for properly cancelled reservations. I had a panic attack this weekend when I opened my email and saw 2 Thank You emails from 2 different Hyatt Places for the same night! I had to call the other hotel and confirm that my reservation had been properly cancelled. They couldn't explain why I got the email from their hotel.
