I spoke too soon last time. I was told they found the problem and had corrected it. That was true, but apparently they hadn't corrected the underllying problem and the situation with the inability to see existing reservations on multiple channels came back. The IT team reports they found the cause, fixed it, and have released the fix to production. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Sorry to tell you this - but I hope you report that the fix still didn't. Work, that is. I'm missing half of my upcoming reservations.
How do we confirm that the reservations didn't actually go away?
