I have 2 award nights from Chase's cc bonus. They show up on the Awards page. Yesterday I went on the page to check for room availability and everything went fine. Today I checked and I see that the "Reserve" button is missing. Has this happened to anyone else before? I have occasionally had this happen with both Hyatt and a number of other websites. I usually can resolve it by first closing and reopening the browser and trying again, trying a different browser (for me IE instead of Firefox) or by shutting down and rebooting the computer. Hope this helps.
